Maternity & Parental Transition Coaching Package

For professionals preparing for and/ or returning from parental leave.
This coaching package supports you through every stage of the parental transition, supporting you to leave work for parental leave well, and helping you return to work with confidence, clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
What’s included:
A chemistry meeting to discuss your needs and coaching goals
A 3-way call with your line manager (if required) to align expectations
4 x 75-minute coaching sessions:
One before parental leave
One towards the end of leave
Two after returning to work
Email support before, during, and after your leave
Practical coaching tools and templates to support your transition
A 3-way debrief with your line manage (if required) to reflect on progress and plan ahead
Final evaluation to celebrate your journey and define next steps
