Coaching is fundamentally a powerful conversation between two people. In its essence it is protected time for you to explore your goals and ambitions, develop awareness of yourself and any blockers and how to overcome these to achieve your desired outcomes from a personal and professional perspective.
I use a blended coach-mentoring approach meaning as well as coaching I will also share my sector and leadership experience to support you in your development journey. I take a positive psychology, strengths-based approach to help you discover and build your authentic leadership style and achieve your goals.

This tailored coaching programme helps high-performing professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and lead with impact.
What’s included:
A scoping meeting with your organisational sponsor or line manager to align on goals
A chemistry meeting to ensure coaching is the right fit
A 3-way contracting session with your line manager or organisational sponsor to clarify desired coaching outcomes
6 x 75-minute coaching sessions (typically every 3–4 weeks)
Email check-ins throughout your coaching journey
Coaching tools and templates to deepen reflection and support action
A 3-way debrief to reflect on progress, celebrate wins and define next steps
Final evaluation and feedback from you and your sponsor
Build self-awareness, drive meaningful change and develop your leadership presence with support that aligns with your values and priorities.
